Summary

• bump AbsurderSQL from 0.1.26 to 0.1.27 across Cargo, npm, generated package metadata, and the mobile lockfile
• update published crate/npm descriptions to include Hybrid OPFS, multi-tab coordination, mobile/native support, and the production offline PWA
• make the mobile validation note version-independent while retaining its npiesco attribution

Why

Version 0.1.26 predates the merged Hybrid OPFS/PWA work in PR #6. A new patch release is required before the tag-driven release workflow can publish that implementation to crates.io and npm and create the GitHub release.

Validation

• all five tracked package/lock versions parse as 0.1.27
• Cargo TOML and npm JSON metadata parse successfully
• release descriptions contain Hybrid OPFS; npm also contains PWA
• git diff --check passes
• PR Add production Hybrid OPFS PWA integration #6 and its post-merge main workflow passed all six CI jobs

Local Cargo execution was not repeated for this metadata-only change because this shell has no installed rustup toolchain; this PR CI and the tag-triggered Release workflow provide the authoritative Rust/WASM validation.
