Backport of #2145 to
v3.x.One difference from the
maindescription:v3.xuses AWS SDK 3.7 (AWSSDK.SecurityToken3.7.100.14), which shipsnet35,net45,netcoreapp3.1andnetstandard2.0builds. On this branch,net472loads the SDK'snet45build, andnet6.0andnet10.0both loadnetcoreapp3.1. The lowest/newest runtime spread on each OS still applies. The "all SDK builds covered" point from #2145 does not, because v3.x has only these two builds for the driver to load.patch here
