fix: patch root js-yaml dependency

Update the root Yarn lockfile from js-yaml 3.15.1 to 3.15.2 to fix Dependabot alert #495 (CPU denial of service through empty YAML merge sources).

js-yaml is a transitive development dependency of Jest's coverage tooling via @istanbuljs/load-nyc-config. The patch stays within the existing dependency range and does not change SDK runtime dependencies.

Validation: SDK build and 59 tests in Validate.spec.ts and Format.spec.ts passed; frozen Yarn installation and git diff --check passed. The dependency audit no longer reports js-yaml.

The full audit still reports separate advisories for brace-expansion, decode-uri-component, and stream-json; these are outside this targeted fix.
