User sign-in options 45 second wait since latest win update.

The latest Win update creates an issue with sign-in options in windows. This problem is not present on systems not running Winhance. I can't find the link.

Steps to reproduce the issue

Accounts/sign-in options wait for 45 seconds for menu to show.

Expected behavior

Opens instantly

Actual behavior

45 second wait for window to open
