Adds a python script that easily converts gifs into a usable animations

Preprocessing is handled via ImageMagick (installed on the user's system) to prep the gif for conversion. By default, this scales the image to 64x64 and rotates it 90 degrees. After that, it processes the image to LVGL C code, as well as adding the necessary configurations for animation.c, CMakeLists.txt, and Kconfig.defconfig.

More in-depth documentation and usage directions can be found in CONVERT.md

The script is based on danielsodium/nice-view-gifs. I just worked on it to add a Pokemon sprite to my nice!view and make it easier to add more in the future.

should have looked at this sooner, would have saved me the trouble of manually forgetting the rotation and orientation of stuff when converting
