HOpefully helps with SpikeHD/Orbolay#79

The main ideas are:

  • Sharing system-font across HTML documents
  • Fonts are cached and reused between documents loads
  • resources now will be cleaned up if there is no enough space (32mb by dfault, but can be changed)
  • some more tests

Initial results (opening soundboard and scrolling like in the earlier ones):
