[BUG] 1.6.3-ls76 throws ERROR

Current Behavior

When receiving the first incomming request on port 10200, an error occurs, see provided logs.

Expected Behavior

1.6.3-ls75 works fine.

- OS: Ubuntu 24.04.3
- How docker service was installed: Docker Engine (docker version 28.3.3) installed using the apt repository described here: https://docs.docker.com/engine/install/ubuntu/#install-using-the-repository

Thank you! I've been pulling my hair out for the past few hours over this, and never realized that it was due to a container upgrade. Holding the container back at the older version solved this for me until this bug is fixed.

Seems to be an upstream issue in wyoming-piper: OHF-Voice/wyoming-piper#20

Rolled back to 1.6.3-ls75 in the interim.

The only real difference between ls75 and ls76 is installing from pypi because the new upstream repo (https://github.com/OHF-Voice/piper1-gpl) doesn't publish prebuilt binaries on github.

It does also mean the piper binary is executed from the python venv rather than /usr/share

Ah, it looks like the master branch has merged in the full support for piper1-gpl but there's no release that does. We might have to roll back to using the really old piper binary from like November 2023 until they resolve that.

This should hopefully all be resolved in the 2.1.2 release.

Please check the readme as they've made a bunch of breaking upstream changes and some settings may need to be changed - I've done my best to avoid breaking anything for existing users.
