chore: narrow the example to the order desk and the invoice list - #42

The docs now show only what the example runs: the order desk with a scripted agent, and the invoice list on Apple's on-device model. The gallery, the recipes of doc/examples.md and the shopping list go.

Apple's on-device model is experimental, and a macOS runner costs ten times a Linux one. A broken Swift plugin still shows before a release, when the app is tried on iOS.
Entries written with each change picked the version early, so main showed 0.2.3 before it was out.

The example app runs two examples: the order desk with a scripted agent in
lib/main.dart, and the invoice list on Apple's on-device model inlib/main_apple.dart. The gallery, the recipes ofdoc/examples.mdand the shopping list are gone, and the README,example/README.mdand bothexample.mdfiles quote only code that stays. The README and the skills say Tandem is tested with Claude Code only,OnDeviceAgentis marked experimental, and CI has no macOS job.Why
For 0.3.0 the example keeps one screen to quote and test, and one for the on-device model. Cursor, Codex and Apple's small model are outside what is checked before a release, so the docs say that. Two separate apps would need a second set of platform folders for the same hosts, so one app has two entry points.
How
Start at
OrderDeskAppinexample/lib/desk/ui/order_desk_app.dart, which adds the switch to a backend and the reset aroundOrderDeskScreen; the script isorderDeskAgent()inorder_desk_agent.dart. Check closely the README wording on Cursor, Codex and the Apple model. The order desk was tried on the iOS 26.2 simulator and an Android API 37 emulator: the script,set_quantitythroughTandemBridge, the approval and the reset.Not here
Moving
example/agenttoexample/agents/adkcomes with the backends work.feat/genui(#39) imports the removed shopping list indrawn_list.dart, so it needs a rebase onto this. On Android the invoice list says "Could not finish. Please try again." when Apple's model is missing, as in 0.2.2.
