What is ChemID?

ChemID is a modular, extendable software platform for fully automated chemical structure identification in metabolomics. The software platform consists of multiple modules implemented as RESTful web services. Each module is designed to carry out a particular step in the structure identification pipeline and can be used as a standalone program. These modules can be combined and extended to support variety of chromatographic and mass spectrometric techniques.
