…alysis With overlap below 1, a single run often returns the wrong eigenvalue, so pick the qubit counts, number of runs and reported quantile together (Subasi and Bu, unpublished).
Adds algorithm.overlap (default 0.5) and algorithm.force_lowest_estimate, and logs the plan's failure for 1 and N runs and across overlaps, so users see how the guarantee depends on the overlap. The circuit and analyses remain those of a single run.
