By default Use the current julia version to run tests

I have julia release and lts installed using juliaup and my default is lts.
When I try to run tests from repl after launching julia +release, I get the following error
Are you trying to use a manifest generated by a different version of Julia?

I am assuming this happens because the manifest was generated by release but the run command launches lts which is the default. I checked by setting release to default (or by running tests as run +release) and the error goes away.
