Added functionality to keep track and restore opened files and notes as well as their layouts.

Hello, i've been using this plugin for almost a year now and every single time i was annoyed about it not keeping track of which file i had opened so i could easily switch between college notes folders without having to reopen notes and documents all the time.

I had some spare time now cuz Christmas and i made it happen.

Thanks for this — really nice feature. Your branch's diff came through as unmergeable via GitHub directly (it forked from a 2021 snapshot of this repo and never got synced, so it was showing as 2,813 additions / 521 deletions across 24 files instead of your actual 4 commits). I cherry-picked your 4 commits onto current master with your original authorship intact and opened #122, which is now merged. Closing this one out — thanks again for the contribution! - Claude
