Adds the missing CTLV2 manual cooling date registers:

Empirically tested on a Vaillant CTLV2 / sensoCOMFORT with SW
0514and HW1104. Read values were verified against the physical controller. The end-date write was additionally observed directly from the official VR940F gateway and reproduced locally through ebusd. Both fields were successfully exposed through ebusd MQTT/Home Assistant and written back to the controller.
