A Claude plugin for Sous, a plain text format for recipes.
Sous writes a recipe the way a cook reads one: a metadata header, then steps as prose, with the ingredients, cookware, timers, and intermediates marked inline. This plugin teaches Claude to read and write that format.

In Claude Code:
/plugin marketplace add jochenbernard/sousskill
/plugin install sous@sousskillIn the Claude desktop app: open Customize, then the Plugins tab, and under

| writing-recipes | Reading, writing, and editing .sous files: the header, the four sigils, amounts, timers, flags, groups, and references. |
The skill loads on its own when a task touches a .sous file or turns on Sous
syntax. Its references carry the fine print, read only when a question needs it.
