Is there an ADQL 2.1 validator?

We are looking to update our services to support ADQL 2.1. Is there an ADQL 2.1 validator? Or a list of 2.1-specific queries to add to our own TAP test suite for validation purposes?

Sorry, this is more of question than an issue (unless the answer is that no such thing exists)....

The nearest thing we have is lyonetia <https://github.com/ivoa/lyonetia>. I think we've not added much in the way of ADQL 2.1 queries, partly because (IMHO unfortunately) all of them are optional, and hence a "validator" would need to make queries conditional on what's in the services' capabilities. Still, if you come up with test cases, please contribute them to lyonetia. I think we could simply make a new collection adql21 or so. By looking for keywords you are interested in, you may also find useful cases in DaCHS' ADQL unit tests, <https://codeberg.org/msdemlei/dachs/src/branch/main/tests/adqltest.py>.

As @msdemlei said, we do not have a proper validator for ADQL. However, I hope it will be possible with the next version of ADQL thanks to the PEG grammar. In the meantime, the suggestion to rely on lyonetia is good.
