Context
local-development-gateway v0.1.3 fixes cleanup after bin/dev down: exited and created containers attached to local-gateway no longer keep the shared gateway alive. Running attached containers still preserve it.
Required Change
Update the locked local-development-gateway dependency from v0.1.0 to v0.1.3.
Acceptance Criteria
Gemfile.lock resolves local-development-gateway to v0.1.3.- Run the repository's applicable dependency and lifecycle checks.
