Is it possible to run this plugin in Vault POD on k8s?

Since it need to install Oracle library and is limited to Linux/amd64, wish you can give some advices on this topic, thx:)

The Oracle Database plugin does not work with Alpine based images. Official docker image of Vault is built on Alpine. Hence, the best way forward is to build your own image of Vault that is based on Ubuntu/Red-Hat and then try and integrate the Oracle database plugin with that.

I was able to get it working on the default HashiCorp image. However, I modified this plugin to use a different Oracle driver.

To get it working, compile the plugin yourself after updating oracle.go as follows:

_ "github.com/mattn/go-oci8"

// With this line:
_ "github.com/sijms/go-ora/v2"

Also, set:

oracleTypeName = "oracle"
