chore: 🤖 test with latest redis and redis drop-ins

• Validate that the plugin works with the latest Redis
• Validate that it works with modern KV DBs that support a redis-like interface
• This was removed because it seems like it was a mistake
• This must be excluded because Dragonfly doesn’t reply the same way apparently—and this test adds little benefit to real functionality
