Problem with scan external network

Hi Hackertarget.
We try to use this script nmap-to-sqlite.py and got some errors.
May be you could help me?
After scan our external network with this commands we got these errors:
sudo nmap -sV -F --script=http-title,ssl-cert -oA myoutput 100.100.x.0/26
sudo python3 nmap-to-sqlite.py myoutput.xml

TypeError: object of type 'NoneType' has no len()

When i scan internal networks, everything OK.
