Extend pembase64 with two new interfaces: - ptls_load_certificates_from_memory - ptls_minicrypto_load_private_key_from_memory to allow loading keys and certs from PEM-encoded strings. See t/minicrypto.c::test_credentials_from_memory() for working example.
