UI Enhancement: Fix spacing and overlap in session header

Currently, in the session header, the 'Token Streaming' toggle switch overlaps with the 'USER ID' text.

Expected behavior:
There should be adequate spacing between the User ID and the Token Streaming toggle to prevent text overlap. The layout should gracefully handle long IDs.
