Replace broken URL https://labs.google.com/stitch (returns 404) with working URL https://stitch.withgoogle.com/

Hey @Angfr95, thanks for the fix! This broken URL definitely needs to be updated.

Since this PR was opened, the repo was restructured and the file moved to a new path:

plugins/stitch-utilities/skills/taste-design/SKILL.md

Could you rebase your branch on main and update the change to target the new file path? That should resolve the merge conflict and we can get this merged.
