Adds onboard, a self-contained skill that helps developers onboard into a new codebase, company, or any pile of mixed handover materials (code repo, docs, PDF/Excel/PPT):

• Identifies the material type, then decomposes how everything works — every claim carries a source citation or is flagged as inference; gaps and contradictions are surfaced explicitly, never silently filled
• Builds a goal-driven three-tier learning path (must-know now / lookup-when-needed / skippable) around the user's actual goal
• Teaches interactively by default; gaps exposed during teaching are back-filled into the decomposition, so teaching doubles as a second verification pass
• Read-only by default: never writes source files, no side-effect commands, never reads .env/keys

Validation evidence

Every rule in the SKILL.md was validated by running stranger agents (fresh session, zero context) on real materials: a large code repo, an unstructured 244KB transcript, real banking regulations (Word/PDF/Excel), a PPT deck, and a 703-file repo with sampling. Full test ledger in evals/. MIT licensed.
