Add Spring Boot 3 auto-configuration for Kafka queue instrumentation:

• SentryKafkaQueueConfiguration nested in SentryAutoConfiguration — registers SentryKafkaProducerBeanPostProcessor and SentryKafkaConsumerBeanPostProcessor when spring-kafka is on the classpath and sentry.enable-queue-tracing=true. Follows the same pattern as SentryCacheConfiguration.

💡 Motivation and Context

Auto-configuration is needed so users only have to set sentry.enable-queue-tracing=true to activate Kafka queue instrumentation.

Unit tests for the auto-configuration (SentryKafkaAutoConfigurationTest).
