1- Removed a file with an incompatible name for Windows (what-is-Mongock?.md) to ensure cross-platform compatibility. This change prevents issues when cloning or checking out the repository on Windows systems, which do not allow certain special characters in file names
2- Add documentation for Module Self Registration feature
This PR introduces documentation for the new "Module Self Registration" feature, which enables modules in a multi-module project to independently declare their own migration scan packages. It covers both Spring Boot (annotation-based) and standalone (builder-based) configurations, along with examples, usage instructions, and benefits.
