Upgrade to use new driver design. - #6

Upgrading the driver required massive changes to the stack, that are hard to split into multiple commits. These include adding TX queues, and a general structural overhaul.

Just leaving this here because I'm curious but, is there any reason why this hasn't been merged into main? The changes sound promising, and if possible, would be nice to use. |

Hi, I'm currently still doing a bit of work on the driver side, which includes a refactoring of the data rate handling. I'm nearly done with that, aside from some testing and debugging. |

This entails a major rework to how the stack works, including the implementation of transmit queues, which finally enable support for properly handling the hardware TX queues. Some optimizations were done as well.
