Summary
Documents what happens when an agent or a space still uses a disabled pre-execution workflow, and how to clear it.
applies_toscoping on two more.Two things I couldn't settle from code — please confirm: that
serverless: gais right for pre-execution workflows, and that 9.4.x won't get the selector fix backported.
