• Rehearsed the exact D4.11 synthetic lifecycle in a fresh isolated Compose project at clean app revision fa4f414db15bf4a9f46dfcf0781828d2bf78afe9.
• Captured candidate A failing gates and its direct-approval HTTP 409, then candidate B becoming Eligible, receiving explicit reviewer approval, deploying, and rolling back to the immediately previous policy.
• Refreshed stored run manifests, gate reports, approvals, deployments, audit events, MLflow lineage, ten screenshots, environment provenance, and redacted API exchanges.
• Recorded generation 1 seed deployment, generation 2 candidate B deployment, and generation 3 rollback, including pre/post /api/v1/policy and /api/v1/ground identities.
• Verified 310 pinned immutable objects with zero failures and removed only the isolated rehearsal resources; the four D4.11 milestone confirmations remain unchecked for human review.
• Raised the preflight diff-size ceiling to 1.2 MB so the complete evidence diff remains in review scope without excluding evidence paths.
• Aligned the ten-step operator script with the stored seed-deploy → B-approve → B-deploy chronology.
