Briefly, what does this PR introduce? Please link to any relevant presentations or discussions.
Updated the code to work with the most updated eic-shell and simulation files. Logic of the eID algorithm almost the same as before, except now there is a requirement for number of track points, and EoP cut is not requirement for the very low track & cluster resolution region. Additional helper functions are added.
