This commit adds a check for the second dimension size for multianewarray inlining on AArch64. The second dimension needs to be checked for negative value even when the first dimension is 0. Original PR in master: eclipse-openj9#24707 Signed-off-by: KONNO Kazuhiro <konno@jp.ibm.com>

This needs to be reverted from 0.62. We have created RC1 builds and are preparing for GA. Reverted via #24720 |
