Bad types for built-in SpecialKeys

It's idiomatic to type children props as [typeof(Fusion.Children)]: Fusion.Child, however this actually becomes [Fusion.SpecialKey]: Fusion.Child which allows for every special key.

Potential fix:

Or alternatively introduce generics to SpecialKey.
