Description
This PR officially closes out Phase 3 of the Kuberbolt architecture by introducing the application-layer infrastructure for users and developers, alongside final MVP hardening and CI/CD setup. It provides a robust orchestration pipeline for spinning up backend environments, a complete frontend interface for agent onboarding, and ensures the repository is publicly presentable and stable.
