This policy applies to devlanes-run repositories and project spaces, including issues, pull requests, discussions and reviews.
Keep discussions focused on the project. Disagreement is welcome when it addresses the technical question and explains the relevant constraints and tradeoffs. Critique the work, not the person. Maintainers decide project scope and priorities.
Harassment, discrimination, personal attacks, threats, sexualized behavior and publishing someone's private information are not acceptable. Neither are spam, sustained disruption or retaliation against someone who reports a concern.
Report concerns privately to devlanes@arthur.place. Include links or other context that helps explain what happened. You can also use GitHub's reporting tools for content that violates its policies.
Maintainers will limit access to reports to people who need the information to investigate or act. Do not post private reports in public issues.
Maintainers may remove content, issue warnings, restrict participation or ban participants based on the severity and repetition of the behavior. These expectations apply to maintainers too. Report concerns about a moderation decision privately to the same address.
