No point maintaining a list of out-of-scope projects, just having an in-scope list is fine. The other points from this section can be rolled into the ineligible findings section.

This includes preferring the word "vulnerability" over "bug", where appropriate, to discourage reporters from submitting random bugs which are not security related.
