#332 bumped tsx with
npm i -D, which moved it fromdependenciesintodevDependencies.Dockerfile:29runsnpm ci --omit=devand the entrypoint istsx ./src/main.ts, so the staging container crash-looped onsh: 1: tsx: not foundand the deploy rolled back with staging down.Moves tsx back to
dependenciesat 4.23.13. Verified:npm ci --omit=devnow leavesnode_modules/.bin/tsxin place.CI missed it because CI installs dev deps too.
