I added this in order to not overload the display.go file and allow us clean control and flexibility on formating the CTI fields in here.
Maybe future factorization to make display human format more compact

When using --output-path option, the report (and eventually details if -d) will be generated as 2 csv files.

Adding some nano naming fix and using a format helper file to not bloat the display.go file
