Add instructions on how to join the beta or alpha group Remove the deprecated instructions on translations

Pull request overview
Updates the ConnectBot website homepage content to reflect current distribution/testing options by adding instructions for joining beta/alpha testing tracks and removing outdated translation guidance.
Changes:
- Removed deprecated Launchpad translation instructions from the homepage.
- Added “Getting Early Builds” section with beta and alpha opt-in/join steps.
- Reorganized download guidance by separating “Getting the APK” from Play Store/testing info.
