Log the EXTI lines that wake the panda from stop mode, so the test checks each wakeup came from the line it should. Clear a pending SPI chip select before entering stop mode, it woke the panda right away. Cut the LED fade short once power saving is on, so stop mode is entered in ms, not ~1.3s.
