…oints - Moved 7 moderation path groups from management-apis.json to chat-apis.json (rules, keywords, blocked-messages, rule-revisions) - Added 10 missing moderation endpoints to chat-apis.json (reasons CRUD, flag-a-message, flagged-messages, reviewed-messages, review-blocked-message, block/review-flagged-message) - Updated 13 MDX frontmatter paths to match chat-apis.json - Preserved emoji characters in management-apis.json
