Nice to meet you! My name is Jorge. I'm from NYC.
I'm a software engineer. Title-wise, I'm a tech lead, staff engineer, and senior engineering manager.
I have been using a computer for as long as I remember and have been making websites since middle school, and programming in javascript and python since high school. I graduated from the City College of New York with a BS in Computer Science.
I do it all: backend, frontend, product, ui/ux design, building large scale systems and processes, designing and training ai models.
In my freetime you can find me spinning a flowstar, playing mahjong, organizing game nights. I also enjoy taking photos, biking, swimming, and drawing. Most of my nights are either spent yapping, partying, doom scrolling, or vibe coding now. I automate everything about my life. I also design and make computer games and board games. In my free time, I am tinkering with ai models, computer networks, software-defined radio, linux severs, and raspberry pis.
