Added Onboarding for HR and roles

• Added Onboarding Flow for HRs to setup their company while signup
• Normal users wont have the need to setup company info
• Gives HR roles to HR while User role to job-seekers

I have update the PR description and added the video ref for hr and user flow . Should I give the video ref for something else
