Release binaries have an architecture append of x64 vs amd64

Currently the x86_64 based release have an ending suffix of x64. This is not consistent with the commonly used suffix of amd64 which is used to identify download architectures of other cli tools by: https://github.com/cloud-native-toolkit/terraform-util-clis
