Semantic-named colors Colors.qml reference the palette colors Palette.qml rather than duplicating hex values, so built artifacts are much easier for users to reskin

e.g. changing dangerButtonBackground recolors the power, reboot, and sleep buttons together instead of requiring edits in three separate files
