This pull request adds the "Alfa Arsenal" Wi-Fi security auditor tool to the README.md list. The reviewer suggested adding a trailing period to the description for consistency with the other list items.

Adds Alfa Arsenal to the Network → Tools section.
It's an open-source, MIT-licensed, policy-gated 802.11 Wi-Fi network security auditor for authorized testing: channel-hopping reconnaissance, WPA/WPA2 handshake and PMKID capture, WPS posture checks, controlled rogue-AP/beacon validation, and Markdown/HTML/PDF reporting.
This sits naturally alongside the existing wireless entries in that section, such as Aircrack-ng and Wifi Jammer.
Single entry added; no other lines changed.
