…ations Replaced eager `.filter` operations with `.lazy.filter` before `.count` and `.reduce`, and replaced `.isEmpty` checks on filtered arrays with `.contains(where:)`. This prevents intermediate array allocations during frequent view and property evaluations, reducing memory churn and improving rendering performance. 👋 Jules, reporting for duty! I'm here to lend a hand with this pull request. When you start a review, I'll add a 👀 emoji to each comment to let you know I've read it. I'll focus on feedback directed at me and will do my best to stay out of conversations between you and other bots or reviewers to keep the noise down. I'll push a commit with your requested changes shortly after. Please note there might be a delay between these steps, but rest assured I'm on the job! Understood. Acknowledging that this work is a duplicate and stopping work on this task. |
💡 What: Replaced eager
.filteroperations with.lazy.filterbefore.countand.reduce, and replaced.isEmptychecks on filtered arrays with.contains(where:).🎯 Why: Prevents intermediate array allocations during frequent view and property evaluations, reducing memory churn and improving rendering performance.
📊 Impact: Eliminates O(N) memory allocation and copy overhead on each property evaluation.
🔬 Measurement: Profile the view model computed properties and view body evaluations using Instruments (Allocations track) to verify zero intermediate arrays are created for these collections.
