What does this PR do?

Updates the README header to use the animated BrowserCode ASCII banner, removes the old badge bar, refreshes the copy, and updates the benchmark plots with transparent backgrounds.

How did you verify your code works?

Validated the SVG parses as XML and previewed the README through the readme-testing repo. The browsercode pre-push filtered typecheck also passed.
