browser-act-cli: support dynamic React filechooser uploads

We are using browser-act-cli 1.4.2 with chrome-direct on macOS.

The current upload command cannot handle React components that dynamically trigger a native filechooser.

Required flow:
fileChooserOpened → trusted click → setFiles(filePath) → DOM verification

Strict requirements:

• same browser context
• same tab
• same CDP target
• same URL
• no refresh
• no new page
• no session close
• no save or submit

Successful upload must verify:

• .has-url is present
• img src is non-empty
• img src changed from its previous value
• the upload prompt disappeared

The PyPI package only contains compiled Cython modules and provides no sdist or source repository.

Could you provide:

1. Access to the browser-act-cli source repository;
2. The commit/tag corresponding to version 1.4.2; or
3. An official build supporting dynamic filechooser uploads?
