Make a copy of public/js/clientEnv.js.example
$ cp public/js/clientEnv.js.example public/js/clientEnv.js
Edit your-firebase-url and your-fb-app-id to match your Firebase and Facebook app settings.
Configure your Firebase app settings to allow authentication from the host your index.html is hosted on.
Access index.html at your host to start using the application.
