Fixes #2568 and #2025.
File names containing line breaks were split into multiple rules in the patterns file, causing Borg to reject the file and restore nothing. This change writes those paths as exact-match regex rules, while leaving normal paths unchanged.
Added unit and integration tests to verify that only the selected file is restored. Tests pass on Ubuntu and macOS, and the integration test passes with Borg 1.2.8 and 1.4.4. Ruff passes.
