Fixes #2369.
Older Vorta profiles stored “exclude if present” entries as plain names, which were left out of the
borg createcommand, causing previously excluded folders to be backed up again. AddBackupProfileModel.get_exclude_if_present_files()to handle both legacy plain names and the current[x]/[]format, and use it in backup command generation and the preview tab to keep parsing consistent.Add unit tests for legacy and enabled entries, disabled entries, and empty or mixed values. The full CI suite passes on Ubuntu and macOS, and both Ruff and mypy pass.
